It is a side dish that everyone agrees on, as well as being inexpensive and quick to make.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>GRILLED TOMATOES &#8211; SEVEN INGREDIENTS PLUS TOMATOES<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the tomatoes, as mentioned, choose the <\/span><b>datterini or pachino<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The sweeter the better. Then get  <\/span><b>extra virgin oil<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>oregano<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>apple cider vinegar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Worcester sauce<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>salt<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>fresh basil<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e <\/span><b>brown sugar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Make a sauce<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  with these ingredients (excluding the basil, which is used for the final garnish) taking care to dose the elements in the right way, always remembering, for example, that Worcester sauce has a sweet and sour and slightly spicy flavor and therefore should be used sparingly and that too much salt always spoils. Adjust by prioritizing oil if you prefer a  <\/span><b>more delicate taste<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and increasing the apple cider vinegar if you want to make it <\/span><b>more acidic<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. To have a taste  <\/span><b>more sweet and sour<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> simply abound with Worcester sauce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>WE BLANCH THE TOMATOES  <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The version of grilled cherry tomatoes involves <\/span><b>searing the tomatoes on the griddle<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  red-hot leaving them whole. A few minutes lying on the grill may be enough, you need to check that the<\/span><b>  outer peel cauterize<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  (i.e., browning and taking on the classic grilled food appearance) and that the tomatoes look like they are about to burst. At that point remove them and  <\/span><b>Cut them in two.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the tomatoes are cut, lay them on a plate and <\/span><b>add them to the sauce<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  you have previously emulsified. Have the sauce sort of shower your cherry tomatoes. Be careful not to flood the tomatoes with too much sauce.
